Carolyn was professional and ethical in every aspect of the sale
We've relocated from Victoria (my wife wanted to come home) and I have heard horror stories about purchasing real estate in Tasmania. According to a very wise man, 'hope for the best, prepare for the worst'. So I was prepared for the worst. And I met the best. Carolyn was professional and ethical in every aspect of the sale and went out of her way to advise and ensure that I covered every contingency. Although she was always acting for her vendors, she couldn't have been more up-front and helpful to us, the buyers. When we wanted more information, she provided extra photos that didn't hide the facts. As far as we're concerned, if you want an ethical and honest agent to sell your house, get Carolyn. If you want to buy from an ethical agent, buy one of Carolyn's properties. Did I mention she's friendly and helpful as well? She even met us after we arrived on the Princess and gave us the keys. AND she bought us a coffee and pastry.
