My Coast Realty is a new and innovative real estate agency specialising in residential sales only.

Our new office opened in April 2017 at 68 Best Street, Devonport – we specialise in Hawley Beach, Port Sorell, Shearwater, Wesley Vale, Latrobe, Devonport, East Devonport, Spreyton, Acacia Hills, Tarleton, Forth and Leith and surrounding areas. If you’re in doubt, just ask us!

How long has My Coast Realty been around?

Established in 2015 they opened their office in Devonport in April 2017. They have grown steadily and have built a solid reputation for providing outstanding services in the real estate industry on the North West Coast.

Why would I go to a small company when there are big franchise names around?

Simple – one on one service. We get to know all our vendors personally, know their circumstances and plans, know their properties inside out and will personally hold your hand through the whole sales process. We don’t need to charge large fees covering franchises.

Are they accredited?

Vanessa Goodwin has a Managers License (licensed real estate agents license) and registered through the Property Agents Board in Tasmania. My Coast Realty is a member of the REIT.

Why are they different to everyone else?

They are passionate about what they do. They are a small, efficient, modern and original concept. They have their own in-house edit suite and produce their own professional photos, property videos, floor plan, graphics, and advertising generally. This is a unique opportunity for a vendor to get the absolute best technical services available from a local person.

What do you offer and who does what?

Vanessa Goodwin Principal and Licensed Real Estate Agent and Renae Parker Property Representative – appraise, list, sell, attend open homes, negotiate, creative write up and presentation, liaison with solicitors, banks and all general communications.

Sally Milbourne – photography, videography, social media management.

Jamie Goodwin – Director, erect signage, create floor plans, IT, technical support and can even arrange general maintenance for properties if interstate or incapacitated vendors.

Mel Styles – Personal Assistant to the Sales staff and overall legend.

Deanne Miller – Administrator extraordinaire is the first friendly face you’ll see in our office, Director of First Impressions.

How is My Coast Realty’s marketing presentation different?

We only use the latest high-end digital photography and our video production is the highest quality “real time”.  Over the years we know buyers like the feel of “being at the property” – it’s especially difficult when you’re on the mainland or a long way from the home you’re interested in and even though photos give you an idea, so does a floor plan or virtual tour, but video opens another dimension.  You can see the waves rolling in, the birds flying by, the leaves on the trees blowing gently – the only sight not enlightened is the sense of smell!  Well, we have to leave something to experience once you inspect!

Can I get even more coverage with marketing?

Absolutely! We’ve tailored our packages to suit each property style – through trial and error over the years we know what works, however, working for ourselves, we have the capacity to offer many extras to suit your style and target market – there are many more optional extras, some at cost, some free of charge.
